Our ‘Wedding Weekend’ package is perfect for the destination bride or groom looking to curate a full weekend experience for their guests. You know your guests will travel far, so we want to make sure you have more than the wedding day to spend with them, making memories that you will cherish for the rest of your lives. Sit back and let us show off the best that Wine Country has to offer! From a custom wedding website showcasing all of the weekends’ details to hotel rooms with welcome bags, we want you and your guests to have the vacation you all have been dreaming of! We will plan everything from your welcome dinner, group wine tour or farewell brunch, to the actual wedding day. This package includes full service coordination and design of your events, to ensure you can kick back and truly enjoy your wedding weekend. And with Wine Country’s gorgeous venues, scenery and delicious wine & food, you’re sure not to be disappointed!
Our ‘Wedding Weekend’ Package includes:
- Unlimited in person meetings and unlimited phone calls & e-mails with your planner
- Creation of a custom ‘countdown calendar’ to keep planning on track
- Detail & design of the wedding and one other event
- Venue suggestions for the wedding & other weekend festivities
- Creation of a detailed budget and management to monitor costs and payment due dates for both events
- A custom proposal of 2–3 available vendors with detailed pricing that fits your wedding vision and style
- Contract negotiations with your chosen vendors
- Hotel room blocks management
- Transportation schedule & logistics

Full Service Wedding Day Package
This ‘Full Service’ Wedding Planning package is perfect for a couple who has selected their venue and has a theme in mind. We will be with you throughout the entire planning process to make sure everything stays on track and no details are missed. We will also do the leg work to find qualified vendors that fit your style and budget, gather proposals, help to compare different options and manage the contract process as we confirm your vendor team. We also will create a detailed wedding budget to help you stay on track with wedding costs, and brainstorm ways to get the most of your overall wedding budget. We also will help design your wedding look, source any décor items for the wedding, and ensure a cohesive and beautiful wedding. We will manage all of your wedding day logistics, create your wedding day timeline and handle the majority of the planning, leaving you free to enjoy your wedding day! Venue search is an optional add-on to this package!

We will support and guide you through the entire planning process to suggest the perfect vendors, place your rental and lighting orders, create your timeline and handle all coordination with the vendors that you chose. We are there throughout the entire planning process to offer advice, answer all of your questions and make suggestions to keep your wedding plans on track and bring your vision to life!

Our ‘Basic’ Wedding Planning package is designed for the hands on couple who will plan the wedding on their own, but wants help pulling together final details and ‘day of’ wedding day coordination. Your venue and vendors have been contracted, details are in order, but you are looking for someone to take the reigns to make sure that your vision and planning are perfectly executed so your wedding day can be stress free!
Our ‘Basic’ Planning Package Includes:
- Unlimited email and phone communication beginning two months before the wedding day
- One in-person in depth wedding consultation to discuss all wedding details 6–8 weeks prior to the wedding
- A walk through of the venue to discuss layouts & logistics

- Review of all rental orders and vendor contracts
